Your First Day Coworking in Edmonds
Stop by the front desk to meet one of our site managers, who will give you a proper tour (if you haven’t had one already), give you the WiFi password, show you how to connect to the printer, and offer you something to drink. We have cold brew and kombucha on tap, a fresh pot of coffee at the ready, and an array of teas.
Brought a lunch or your favorite milk-alternative creamer? Grab a sticky note, write your name and the date on it (for expiration date purposes), and find a spot in the fridge.
It won’t take long to get settled now. If you’re in the Hot Desk area, pick your spot, find a monitor if you want or need one, and get to work.
Got a call? No problem. Use one of our first-come, first-served phone booths for free or some of your Coins to book a conference room. You can learn more about Conference Rooms here, and you can sign up to use one in the app. We highly—highly—recommend using your Coins each month since they don’t roll over.

Dedicated Desk and Office Setup
If you are a Dedicated Desk or Dedicated Office member, set up your space to feel as close to home as you’d like it to (no laundry or dirty dishes in sight, hopefully!). Your membership includes access to our Virtual Office services, which you can learn more about here. This will be an especially important part of your membership if you run a home-based business and want to separate your home and business mail.
After Hours Coworking Access: Work When You Want
One of the perks of managing your own schedule is working during the hours that are convenient for you. Once you’ve become acquainted with the space, ask one of our site managers for a security tour. They will show you how to protect the space and run out of it in case of emergency. They will then provide you with an after-hours code to access the space outside of the building’s open hours (6-6 M-F).
Pet-Friendly Coworking: Bringing Your Four-Legged Colleagues
Yes, you can bring your fluffy friend, but you will need to pay a one-time pet fee. Ask us about that when you use your free day pass or on your first day as a member. Here are the rest of our FAQ for reference.
Our Edmonds Coworking Member Events
We host a small handful of member events each month. We’ll post flyers around the space, so keep your eyes peeled for them and block your calendar accordingly. We’ll also send out texts, so sign up at the bottom of our website here to stay in the know. While you’re finding us all over the internet, follow us on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Parking and Bike Storage for Coworking Members
There is ample 3-hour street parking around the building. Yes, you will have to move your car to avoid the parking police, but we promise it’s not that bad. The gravel lot by the building is not ours, and you will likely get towed if you park in it. If you want to park in our garage, stop by the front desk to inquire. We have very limited spots for rent. We also have a bike rack in the garage to store your two wheels.

Building Professional Relationships in Your Coworking Community
The magic of coworking happens in the connections you make. Don’t be afraid to introduce yourself to fellow members—everyone here is working on something interesting. The kitchen area and literal water cooler are natural networking spots, and many lasting business relationships have started with a simple “What are you working on?” conversation.
Making the Most of Coworking Amenities and Services
Beyond the basics, explore all the amenities included in your membership. Need to make copies or scan documents? The printer/scanner is available 24/7. Hosting a client call? Conference rooms will give you all the professionalism you require. Want to network? Come to one of our monthly member events and make new friends!
Coworking Etiquette: Being a Great Community Member
Keep noise levels reasonable in shared areas, clean up after yourself, and respect others’ workspace and belongings. If you’re on a call, use the phone booths or conference rooms—and if you’re taking it at your workspace, please use headphones. Remember, we’re all here to do our best work, so small courtesies go a long way in maintaining our positive community culture.
