We’ve read a statistic a few times about Seattleites’ affinity for ice cream, something about how, despite the city’s typically cold and rainy weather, we still consume more ice cream than anywhere else in the world. We believe it. We do love ice cream, and what’s the weather got to do with enjoying a little stirred-up dairy and sugar? Nothing, clearly!
As far as we’re concerned, enjoying ice cream is not weather-dependent, but a sunny day certainly doesn’t hurt anything. Ice cream is for any time and all the time, which is probably why Edmonds has a large handful of great places to go to enjoy it.
Please enjoy our guide to the best ice cream in Edmonds. Most of the places in this list are within walking distance from Workhorse, perfect for a walking meeting, brain break, or little treat.
