Benefits of Using Workhorse as Your Event Space

Workhorse is an entirely unique space for Edmonds, WA events. While most spaces in and around town are either beachy or relatively plain, Workhorse is what we like to call “barn chic.” The tables are on rollers and made of reclaimed wood. The counters in the kitchen are made from old bleachers. We’ve incorporated a lot of iron and steel elements that complement the industrial feel of the building. Everything has been put together thoughtfully and in a way that we think feels cool (in the “neat!” sense), but also warm and welcoming. 

In the main area, almost everything can be moved to accommodate your event, no matter how you want to configure it. We’ve hosted everything from rock concerts to speaking engagements, to baby showers, to volunteer organization presentations, and more. The possibilities for your Edmonds event are truly endless at Workhorse!

A Better Taste of Edmonds, WA
Events We’ve Hosted

Take a look through these images of events we’ve hosted at Workhorse. They’ve been a lot of fun! Many people have found us for their baby showers, which is always a great time. They’ve come in early to decorate and usually bring in their own treats, but we are happy to suggest our favorite places to you, too. Just ask us! 

We’ve also had local speakers come in, hosted private cider tastings and small shopping events with area small businesses, helped set up for live podcast recordings, and, of course, had a few holiday parties. We even coordinated with the Edmonds Art Walk to showcase art in our space. 

You’ll see here how much fun we had decorating for the holidays, and what made that decor extra fun was that it made setting up for outside events a total breeze. Of course, we had to go out and chop down our own tree. Bet you aren’t surprised to hear that!
