One of our first orders of business before even opening our doors in 2020 was to join the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce. We’ve loved our relationship with the Chamber team, their support of Workhorse (the idea for a coworking space in our building was an idea from their former president!), and the fantastic community events they host throughout the year.
So, it only made sense for us to take our relationship to the next level with a Platinum membership. Because why be Silver or Gold when you can go Platinum?
Why Workhorse Chose an Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Platinum Membership
Our biggest challenge in opening literally days before closing during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 was gaining awareness in the Edmonds business community. Given how symbiotic our relationship with the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce was already, we knew that quadrupling down on it would have the biggest impact on growing the thriving community we’ve worked hard to build.
And, while we welcome members from all over, our central downtown Edmonds location lends itself to anyone coming to Edmonds to do business—for the day or until they enjoy their retirement at our nearby beaches and tasty restaurants. Making ourselves more visible at Chamber-hosted events just makes sense.
What You Can Expect from our Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Platinum Membership
For starters, you’ll see us at all the luncheons and Connect Edmonds events. You’ll also see our logo on promotional signage for the big, annual Chamber events like:
- The 4th of July Parade
- Taste Edmonds
- The Edmonds Classic Car & Motorcycle Show
- Halloween Trick-or-Treat
- The Holiday Tree Lighting
If you’re at a Chamber event and you see our logo, look for one of us in a Workhorse jacket or hoodie. We’re probably there, and we’d love to show you around the space, talk to you about our Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks, Private Offices, Virtual Office and mail receiving, conference rooms, and event space.
